Is the free trial really free?

Yes. There are no catches. When you sign up, you get access to SAS’ operators and software for 2 weeks or 200 minutes. No credit card is necessary. We will contact you when your trial expires where you can select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using SAS. Our 2-week free trial offers you an opportunity to see how 300+ highly trained operators can benefit your business.

Do I have to call to cancel service after the trial?

No way. Your trial ends after 2 weeks, and there is no obligation to buy. SAS does not take any credit card or billing information, so there is no risk and no reason to worry.

What if I don’t know how many calls my business receives per month?

That’s what is so great about our 2-week free trial – it will give you an idea of your average call volume. That way, you will have a pretty good estimate of what your monthly bill would be if you partnered with SAS. Our team can handle over 30,000 calls a day! Is there a setup fee?

No. The free answering service trial is a completely free, no obligation period. There are no setup fees to start the trial, and no setup fees if you decide to use the answering service following the trial.

Is my information safe?

Do you have per call plans?

Yes. SAS also offers per call answering service pricing under our Essentials plans. Please contact us to see if your business is eligible for per call billing.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. With SAS, there is nothing to sign and no long term contracts. Our service is month-to-month. You are billed per minute, and you can adjust or cancel service at any time.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month and usage from the previous month, but you won’t be billed again.

Can I change plans?

Yes! You are not locked into any plan. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade service at any time. Our plans are designed to your specifications, so our staff will always work with you to make sure you have what you need.

What if I choose the wrong plan?

Don’t worry, happens all the time! Set up billing alerts in your SAS portal and we’ll email you if your minutes have gone over your plan limits and / or when it’s cheaper to be on the next plan. How do you bill?

We offer monthly billing. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments for SAS online.
